Arrowfield Veterinary Group has evolved from a long standing Veterinary Practice started in the late 1950s. Situated on the edge of Kington Town, our spacious accommodation, a former Walters of Ludlow trouser factory, enables the Surgery to provide a complete holistic approach to animal care and welfare. We also have a branch practice at Presteigne supplying further coverage 6 miles out of Kington. All surgical procedures are carried out at the main fully equipped surgery at Kington.
All species receive the best possible treatment from our staff some with specialist interests covering exotic species, homeopathy, acupuncture, surgery, dentistry and dermatology. The well equipped surgery enables all diagnostic procedures to be performed and many subsequent treatments to be carried out. In the event of procedures being required beyond the scope of Arrowfield, then animals will be referred to suitable Second Opinion Practices.
The Practice is a Veterinary Nurse Training Centre and displays the RCVS Tier 2 Standards last examined in 2007 demonstrating commitment to client care and staff development. We pride ourselves on our professinal skills and open approach. Many new clients are gained by recommendation and it is felt that this is our best form of advertising. |
